Shipping Policy
Payment processing takes 1-3 business days. Once your payment method is cleared on our end, we will begin to process and fullfill orders that have been placed IN THE ORDER of approved payment. This whole process may take anywhere from 2 to 12 business days. We do wholesale orders as well as retail orders so once again yall, PLEASE. HAVE. MERCY. ON US ! Business days are not including weekends or holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any purchases unless approved by us. We take pride in our products and our customers satisfaction with genuine concerns. If in the event that any items are approved for a return or exchange, please ship them back to us with all labels and packaging. Once we receive our merchandise, an exchange or refund will be processed.
WHOLESALE INQUIRES
Wholesale is a way that we allow our customers to get a piece of the pie by partnering up with us to sell our merchandise. We are proud to announce that our wholesale partnership has a 100% investment turnover rate. One store has gradually sold over 200 Turmeric & Koljic Acid Soap Bars successfully over the course of 5 months. In real time, that bar is sold at $3.50 a bar wholesale. That's an extra $1,400 if its sold at $7. Not sure if its a product you want to stand behind ? Order a free sample and put us to the test. No, we do not own any percentage of the proceeds. No, we do not have any say about your selling price point once it is in your possession. Yes, our labels will be on the merchandise. We just make the products, sell them to you for less than half of the retail cost and now you are put in a position where you are guaranteed extra income. We'll even throw in some sample soaps that you will be able to give out to potential customers, in case they may need a push to make a purchase. Wholesale purchases will be through a separate process.
